Refund Policy

Noterix is sold as a one-time Noterix Lifetime License for $109.99 USD. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so every purchase is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee.

1. Refund eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason. A time-limited free trial is also available so you can evaluate Noterix before you buy. Refunds requested after the 14-day window may be considered at our discretion or where required by applicable law.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Email us at shailevi2004@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Include your order or transaction reference (from your purchase confirmation email) so we can locate your payment.
  3. We will review and, once approved, issue the refund to your original payment method through our payment provider, Paddle. Refunds typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. What happens after a refund is approved

Once a full refund is approved and processed:

  • Your Noterix license will be revoked.
  • The license key will no longer activate the application, and future activations will stop.
  • Future downloads and updates tied to that license will no longer be available.

Any work you have already created and saved locally remains on your device; revocation affects only your license to run the licensed application.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Abuse

We may decline a refund in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or fraudulent activity.

6. Your statutory rights

This Refund Policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit or replace, any mandatory statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Those rights remain unaffected.
